The 12^th Athens Fashion Week took place between the 13^th and the 19^th of October 2010and presented designer collections for Spring/Summer 2011. Although the 12^th AFW was not the biggest Greek fashion event ever, it was still the biggest in Greece for the year 2010.

Global depression has come to affect Greek fashion quite noticeably, but the Athens Fashion Week team managed to organize a successful event even under these suboptimal circumstances.

Once again having the significant support of the City of Athens - the Mayor and the president of Technopolis – the Athens Fashion Week was able to support  Greek and foreign Designers to promote their collections in Greece and abroad.

Among the professional designers, six large fashion schools presented the creations of their students showing that the future of Greek Fashion is bright...
